"We loved the room, our view of the lake and volcanos, easy walk to town, the pool and spa and everything's except our room key cards were single use and we had to return to the front desk several times a day for new ones. We did not keep them near our cell phones"

The bed very comfortable. The shower hot with good water pressure. Internet very fast. Also the hotel provides all the facilities for the guests to prepare their own food. I highly recommend it"
