"We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job...

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. "The hotel is in a very lively and interesting area with a lot of young people around enjoying themselves and a lot of interesting places to eat and drink. This may make some of the rooms a little noisy but life is noisy! "
