"They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. Definitely would come here again. "

"The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. "One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Bed was sooooooooooo comfortable, large tv staff very helpful would definitely recommend. Two things could be improved- the shower can get quite slippery and no hand rail to hold yourself and the tv needed more English speaking channels or be able to connect to Netflix etc "

"Oh my, this was a FANTASTIC hotel to stay at in Madrid. My wife and I took an 8 day trip to Madrid, and booked this hotel because Expedia recommended it, and it was perfect. It is about as central as it could be, about a 2 minute walk from the Puerta del Sol in the center of town, and from there, it was a 10 to 20 minute walk to almost anywhere, or direct access to the metro.
