"Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. "This great accomodation was a little challenging to find via GPS, I was routed all the way around the property via small streets with small signs, but eventually I came upon reception. Parking is valet only (luckily I read that on the description). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the site is historic, vast and well-manicured. Food service is splendid and the room was perfectly fine."

"Posada del Tepozteco was truly a beautiful property. The grounds were well taken care of and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oscar and Marco took great care of us at breakfast. Housekeeping and room service was also very attentive and wonderful. I felt relaxed and safe while still being close to the zocalo. I loved the views and had an amazing experience with Dahlia during my temazcal. I hope to visit and stay here again. "

The dining is healthy and delicious; the spa services were wonderful; the property grounds are lush and soothing; and the on-site activities (yoga, meditation, sound bath) made sure your day was as active as it was relaxing.
