"This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. "Out 5th stay at the Vallemar and standards remain consistently high. An excellent frontline hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and pool. The hotel restaurant overlooks the Lago Martínez and provides a large range of buffet style dishes with produce sourced from its own organic farm. The restaurant staff are professional and attentive. "Some confusion with the description of the room on the website but this does not reflect on the hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. More fresh fruit and gluten free options at breakfast, packaged individual yogurt vs the community bowls would have been more sanitary and an improvement. I did not use the pool or other facilities so can not comment. Very good location. "

"Another beautiful week @Parador Hotel. My room with mountain views, peaceful early morning walks @ sunrise around Teide before the coach loads arrived. Perfect blue skies, warm days enhanced my stay. The evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty, staff generally very friendly. There is a swimming pool though my main reasons to stay there again are the amazing and peaceful walks and beautiful scenery allowing great photography. Parador hotels generally seem to be in idyllic locations. "

"This stay is the perfect location for those looking to hike and enjoy the national parks of the area. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The front desk gentleman with the longer hair helped us pick some different hiking options in the area as well as other tips and tricks. I will be recommending this property to my friends, family, and coworkers when I get home. Thank you!"
