"The stay was great, Frank was helpful and welcoming, parking was secure, the location and views were wonderful. It is easily the best house in the area with friendly staff that made you feel like you were part of the family. I felt like I was visiting a relative’s home, and reminded me of Rio. It felt like an uncle let me stay at his beach house for the weekend. I loved it, and it gave a real “slice of life” perspective to my Dominican Republic vacation."

"This property is very unique. It is located in a very busy area of La Romana. The word "Oasis" is exactly the right word for this hotel. "It was a great stay for what it was intended for. Close to beach. Close to shops. Close to restaurants. The bed was comfortable, there was tv in the room. Only coffee in the morning. Do not expect breakfast. We had parking. Easy check in and the security person on sight was helpful! He gave great suggestions for the area. The property is well cared for. It was a clean hotel with a fan and air conditioning. Take pictures at the sign. "

"The hotel has a lot of public surfaces, which is good. The room we had was big enough for our luggage. There are no lifts, so if you have strollers, ask for 1st floor. The stuff is helpful, but not all of them speak English, which can be an issue if you are not speaking Spanish. The hotel restaurant has various food options to choose from, but it is expensive. The prices on the menu are excluding taxes , so pay attention. I would definitely comeback. "
