" Very quite and comfortable and wonderful views. If you want to disconnect this is the place. There are no atm's in the town so bring cash, most places do not take credit cards or debit cards. There are little to no tourists brush up on your Spanish or have google translate. English is not spoken. Enjoyed this town for a couple of days and would definitely return."

"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. "

"Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long. "
