Saona Island Holiday Rentals

"Thank you Melania and Erick and all staff.I recently had a wonderful stay at a resort that truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, the experience was great, with clean and modern spaces that made for a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs we had. Our room in the Preferred Club was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of activities. The buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of food choices that were both flavorful and fresh. I found myself enjoying the buffet more than the food from the actual restaurants. The cleanliness of the buffet area was also impressive, making it a pleasant place to dine. However, there were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. During check-in, our rooms were not ready despite arriving right at 3 PM. We ended up waiting until closer to 6 PM to get settled in, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the Preferred Beach Area felt rather small; it seemed like every guest had access to the Preferred Club, leading to a shortage of beach chairs. We arrived at the beach by 10 AM, but all the seats were "reserved" by other guests, even though there was a clear sign stating this was not permitted. To secure a spot the next day, I had to wake up at 5 AM and reserve our seats, which was less than ideal. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. "

"If you’re just looking for a room, it’s okay. However, it’s quite strange to rent a Bed & Breakfast and then be asked in the morning if you’ve paid for the breakfast. Also, no fruit available in the morning—while not a huge issue, it’s something to note. Overall, the place could use a bit more attention and care."

"The property was gorgeous and lots to do and animations for the kids. We all had a great time. The Santa coming on a boat to the resort and handing gifts to every single children was a nice touch. Friendly staff and all multilingual. Not pushy like other timeshare resorts. "
