"Great resort! Comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. Best part of this place is the beach area with loungers, and great snorkeling right off shore. The hotel amenities list a pool, but its a small dipping pool in front of the spa, not very appealing and we didn't see anyone use it. However, a pool isn't really needed with such great access to the beach swimming."

"We were very happy with our stay at Slams. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, good breakfast and a great and very useable swimming pool. We also dived with their dive centre, they have a large comfy boat and great boat crew, very happy with our guides, Jay and Jino and they offer very good rates. "For being quite pricy the accommodation (double room) was very simple. As we only stayed for one night we can’t say anything about the social life there, but it looked quite social. The host were very nice and let us sleep in after the check out time as we got in very late that night."

"For my money, Blue Corals is the best value on Malapascua Island. The staff are amazing and even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a private balcony with a ocean view. The Mango Pancakes at breakfast Time are to die for, my one and only complaint is it seems the island shuts down around 8pm and their is nothing really to do."

Food was sadly too often cold and took forever or no longer available but everyone was doing their best. "Nice resort on Malapascua. I had a room without an aircon, wasn't too bad if you open the window. Wi-fi was decent. Bathroom was pretty basic. It's centrally located so not a long walk to get to all areas of the island. I'd stay here again if other options aren't available."

"Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. "

"Quite good if you are a golf player. For others it could be kinda boring and remote place, oriented for Korean guests. The swimming pool is very small, breakfast is just okay with limited choice of food, oriented for Koreans."
