The hotel amenities list a pool, but its a small dipping pool in front of the spa, not very appealing and we didn't see anyone use it. "For my money, Blue Corals is the best value on Malapascua Island. The staff are amazing and even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a private balcony with a ocean view.
