"Visiting family for Xmas and needed more room and comfort for 8. Terrific owner trying to bring big city level service to the province. Food was sadly too often cold and took forever or no longer available but everyone was doing their best. Very safe, secure with a large pool and room options to suit singles, couples and big groups like ours. "For my money, Blue Corals is the best value on Malapascua Island. The staff are amazing and even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a private balcony with a ocean view. The Mango Pancakes at breakfast Time are to die for, my one and only complaint is it seems the island shuts down around 8pm and their is nothing really to do."

"Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. "
