"反馈内容： The hotel is excellent! However, the restaurant service is extremely slow, and the road leading to the hotel is the worst I have ever seen. These issues significantly detracted from an otherwise great experience. I hope improvements can be made in these areas."

"We loved our time at VR Club! The resort is quiet and small and has a very family atmosphere. The staff is attentive to all needs and strives for excellence in every area. Food was delicious, room cleaning was excellent, all services were fantastic! Will definitely return! "

"Hotel is fine. Good food and clean, well organized rooms. the problem is the location unless you want to scuba dive. The road to the hotel is rutted, potholed and difficult to navigate. It is muddy to walk, and a long way from anything other than the sister hotels. The beach. is rocky and similarly hard to navigate."

"Thank you very much for the excellent stay and the upgrade to the nicer room. That was very generous! We have nothing bad to say about the Nerea. Everything was perfect. The food was great, and having the other 2 sister hotels nearby to eat (and use gym) was nice too. Thank you!"

"The hotel room included free access to Cenotes Park and was very accessible to Xel-Ha and Tulum. Staff was very helpful. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning "

"The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax. "WARNING. This property is NOT in the center of the city in Tulum. I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady. "

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "

"We loved our stay at Secrets Akumal. The rooms were awesome, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were three pools; we never had an issue finding two lounge chairs together. The beach was beautiful, again, no issues finding seats. The resort was quiet and tranquil. "

"Really amazing experience here, would definitely come again. This was our first all inclusive in Mexico and we had a blast. Just be mindful that check-in and check-out will take much longer than expected-that was our only complaint the whole week. "

"This resort is incredible. It is huge and has everything you can ask for. That lazy river is so much fun and long, we loved it. All pools are huge and very clean. The beach is very nice and clean. The second beach are where the fish’s are in is so cool. Your little own aquarium to snorkel in. Food was very good and the drinks were flowing. Lots of activities and kids friendly. We loved our stay! New Year’s Eve party was very great as well. "
