"We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!"

The staff are incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The level of cleanliness is unmatched; from the rooms to the common areas, there is constant attention to detail, making sure everything is spotless at all times. Every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel pampered and well cared for, including the kids! We stayed in a Regency Club room, and it was worth every cent. The food options were abundant, and what truly stood out was the attention to my son’s dietary needs—being Coeliac, he was personally approached each day by the staff to ensure his meals were prepared separately and safely. This thoughtful and proactive service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without worrying about his food restrictions. We will return to this resort the next time we are in Bali, we loved everything about it. "
