The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. "Excellent staff, very private rooms and location was very serene even though was close to central Ubud. Would not hesitate to come back!"

"We loved our time at the Soul House. We were a family of 5 and we stayed there over the Christmas 2024 break. I would definitely recommend the resort. It had everything we could have asked for. "This is an excellent hotel. It is quiet and extremely safe. The grounds are clean and staff are respectful. My only issue is that because the air conditioner is old in a humid country, there is a smell. We just used our fans and no a Id recommend this location"

"Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. The area outside of the hotel looks a bit rundown. If you are looking for a nice relaxing hotel with fabulous service this hotel fits the bill."
