"Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."

"A well appointed apartment style property with video self check in. There was nothing I found lacking inside the suite - all kitchen and laundry supplies are provided, for example. Property is clean and modern. Cons - the wait for the single elevator can be long at times. The walls appear to be quite thin as well."

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. Our TV didn't work upon arrival but we never bothered to ask them to fix it. We also left a pair of headphones there which were claimed to not be found but again that's more on us for...

"Absolutely loved the apartment like style to this hotel. Was able to comfortably fit 4 adults. Self check in/out and services were very prompt and easy to understand. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or...

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this."

"Stayed with my husband, 8 years old and 6 month baby. One of the best stays in Japan. The attention to detail made the stay easy with a baby. Everything you might need to care for baby, crib, bed rails, diaper genie, thermometer and more. Breakfast was amazing although there could room for improvement as ai am only comparing to other hotel around Japan. "

"Front desk is 24 hours, rooms are spacious. There are ice making machine and iron with board on every floors. The hotel also provides self-service lock luggage room. Free Airport service. Convenience store around. Supermarket is also a 5 mins walk. "
