"I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade. "

"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! "This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
