"The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. "While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. "The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. "I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home.
