"Check in day we arrived at 6:48pm called the hotel several times even before we arrived, no one picked up the calls. 2 blinking lights at the gate, small gat padlocked, no sign if there’s another gate. Went around the building but there was no other entrance. No sign of people working, no lights at all. Curtains were visible hanging like the building has been abandoned for quite sometime. "Everything was excellent especially the receptionists and the staff who are very helpful, accomodating and warm. Please fix the internet issues as we didnt have a stable connection throughout our stay. Even our tv cant be used because of poor connection."
