The staff and service is excellent in Philippines the hospitality of hotel employees is what is shown in my experience staying in this hotel. I would very much improve the light fixture in the rooms since I find it personally hard to see in some instances. Overall good stay. Thank you.

The staff at Acacia are very accommodating and polite. They are very welcoming as well as the hotel itself. The hotel is clean, our room is very spacious. Food is great as well. I would definitely go back here.

Staff were nice and friendly. Walkable and very convenient to ATC and restaurants. I am just not sure if they are consistent cleaning the carpets in rooms because I had a severe allergy once checked in, and really thought it was the dusty carpet. But overall, Inhad a good carpet specially in the mornings when it's time for buffet breakfast.

It’s a nice hotel. The problems were the fan in cr was not working and they were unable to fix it. The elevators were unreliable. The key fob inside the elevators were not reliable, twice the elevator took me to the top floor without stopping. The internet inside the room was horrible.
