"On the check-in day, I received a messsge advising which room was allocated to me and how to access it without contact. This worked perfectly. The room was neat and clean. "We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again. "

"this room worked pretty well for me. the building is a huge building, and appears to be an old (1950s?) boarding house - if you have any interest in architecture you will like its characteristics. the room did not have its own en-suite, but the shared toilets and showers were ok. every other room started at double the cost! the manager was Ron, and he was helpful."
