"We enjoyed the whole experience. It's nice to have a restaurant and bar in house. All the dining options in the area. Only one complaint: the sink in the bathroom was plugged up. It was taken care of right away. Great place. Thank you."

"I enjoyed my stay. However, the TV was not working and could not be fixed during our stay at the hotel. But they did comp our parking fees for the 2 days. Please note it is important to have the TV working in the room especially if we wanted to rest and relax. Thank you."

"I was on a overnight business trip. The first room they gave me the key did not work. I had to try it twice then I told them just give me another room. There was no room service had to go and get my own dishes from the front desk. "

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Rocklin

"Some of the prior reviews made me hesitant to book but I am glad I did. The front desk staff were so great and helpful. Addressing some reviews, yes they allow pets, yes the bathrooms were clean, yes the beds have a metal box spring and the mattress isn't superior but it was clean and comfortable, the TV (plural there were 2) worked, I paid an additional 10 bucks for two queens with a wet bar and the room set up had the wet bar counter between the beds which was a nice feature and afforded a little bit of privacy. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked, and the fresh fruit was truly fresh. I did overhear someone complaining that the chair in their room was broken, it was a little unreasonable to complain after 11 pm at night after maintenance has left for the day. Don't hesitate about the bad reviews, communicate timely with front desk, they are super good. A reasonable car/Uber ride to Thunder Valley.This room was a good value and we were happy with it."
