"Im so thankful they allowed me to check-in early without any additional costs or fees. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was not good AT ALL and wayyyy too expensive fot the quality. I complained that the bacon, potatoes were awful and overcooked (suoer hard). They made no apologies nor did they try to make it right. They gave me a chocolate croissant with a $126 breakfast bill where gratuity was included and we hardly ever saw our waiter. Stay AWAY from the restaurant!! "

"Great location in the design district of Miami, with easy access to 195 for a mid beach trip. My studio apartment was clean, comfortable & quite large, plenty of closet/storage space and fantastic amenities. My studio had a fantastic view of the intracoastal and Miami Beach. The only downside is there is no blackout shades for an east facing room. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend this property. "

"I love my stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was if you have an issue, you have to contact a third-party. The people at the front desk cannot help you the property was clean and you can tell that they’re doing updates but other than that it was great for what I paid."

My Go-To

"The SF is my go to when I visit Miami and that is about 8 days or more every three months - I really love the hotel. It is under new management and they are working out some kinks but overall it is great. The only complaint was on this trip lounge chairs were hard to come by on this visit as the hotel was at high capacity."

"Despite the EXTREMLY small rooms this hotel was great. The staff made up for the size of the rooms. It is conveniently located next to a Trader Joes, several restaurants, 20min a walk to the beach and a shopping center across the street. At night there is a security guard at the door. I appreciated this feature as well as the rooftop pool."
