"A return teip to HHC for a 15 year wedding vow renewal after getting married around the pool in 2009. Roman was, and still is the very best innkeeper, always a smile, and remembers everyone by name. He is the most gracious host, and the property is lucky to have him. Housekeeping kept the room clean, and although the a/c units looked a big aged, our room was nice and chilly at night, just the way we like it. Pool was the perfect temperature, and Key West was less crowded this time of year."

"It is a beautiful historic property with a lovely secluded pool/hot tub area. Very clean, staff was wonderful. Only thing was our room was very minimalistic. No dresser, no seating area other than the bed. One wooden chair which we used to hold one of our suitcases. Not much space in bathroom for toiletries. But it is Key West, we tended to go go go until we just wanted to sleep. "

"This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve never stayed anywhere cleaner! The breakfasts are very good. The staff is always super friendly. The location is perfect. It’s near Duval, but still quiet. The walkability of the area is great! The pool is lovely. I can’t wait to come back. "

"The location is perfect. The walls are a little thin and as others have said the pool is rather comical, but the breakfast baskets and friendliness of the staff more than make up!!!!! The pool -for adults- is actually perfect, a place to sit and cool off and also perfect for little wee ones, but may be disappointing for more active children. The room has a refrigerator, which is an added bonus for us, but really the breakfast basket with all its goodies will keep us coming back! What a...

"We stayed at The Palms for a couple nights, along with some family that were visiting from Germany. Enjoyed the Resort, nice pool area. The daily breakfast had lots of nice options. The staff was great! We did have a problem with our A/C our first night. Sounded like it was on its last leg. Super loud noise during the night. The next morning, we reported it to the front office and they promptly moved us to another room! Now that is customer service!!! We would definitely stay here again. "
