"The pool was great. It was the best part of the trip for the kids. Late morning early afternoon, they were the only ones in the pool. Even when it was "packed" they didn't wait long to go down the slide. Front desk staff was great and very friendly, check in was very quick. "

Location is absolute, 5-6 minutes to West Edmonton Mall, also right on the hwy that leads to Jasper, and you can also walk to Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Costco, Tim Hortons and many other local stores and business. Hotel is quiet, there are two towers. Also offers breakfast. And its a very easy drive downtown and around the city. "

"The staff were very accommodating. I asked for two additional pillows for the king bed, as 3 was not enough for me. They were very prompt in bringing me one. The room was clean, the bathtub was nice and deep. I extended my stay and they were great about letting me keep the room. Will definitely return next time I'm in Edmonton!"

"Property was excellent, check in person was really helpful and gave us a pet gift bag(shows that they genuinely like pets). My only gripe is that on top of the 200 incidental fee there is an additional 100 pet incidental fee held on the cc. 300 seems a little excessive seeing how we are there less than 12 hrs. "
