"Hotel had no hot water in shower and jacuzzi was lukewarm"

"Was satisfied with the hotel, however, we had a bad encounter with a shady man creeping on my children as they grabbed stuff from our vehicle and then the same man was trying to get into our vehicle in the outdoor parking lot "

"Room was very clean and front desk staff (Maria) were super kind and accommodating and made sure our rooms were next to each other. Walls very thin. Noise carries through everywhere, doors slam so hard on all the rooms and reverberates all through the hall."

"Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room had hardwood, no carpet which adds to a more clean feeling. Confortable beds, Shower pressure was fantastic too. The breakfast choices were great and food was good. My son loved the waffle maker. The restaurant staff (Janika-- i hope i remember his name correctly) was so accomodating and friendly. An 8 min drive to WEM, so this location was great. Will refer this hotel and hope to return one day soon "
