"It was absolutely awful!! The rooms and baths were filthy, wads of used toilet paper on the floor, disgusting shower and sink, one sheet covering an extremely stained mattress, stank of urine, floors were dirty. Was shown three dirty rooms before I moved a sheet from one bed to the other to sleep between. Don't know if the sheets had been changed because they were dirty/stained as well. Worst night ever!! You should not represent this place. Please don't send anyone here!! I'm reluctant to book...

"The staff was helpful but the room had a leak under the faucet, the mini fridge also leaked and the door to the room had been kicked in and didn’t close properly. Leaving a crack where cold air came in at. Also the hotel is gated but I had to wait for the front desk staff to open the gate with the remote. "Quick overnight stop on a long drive home. We arrived very late and received warm and friendly service from security and the gentleman working. He gave us a late check out, offered to fill water bottles, and told us to just leave the luggage cart outside the room when we were done with it. It was recently remodeled and is lovely. I felt very safe. "

"The hotel was updated and clean. The staff promptly greeted us and were friendly and competent. The room was clean and the bed had a zippered mattress protector! The complimentary breakfast was standard with a few nice egg dishes that were tasty. The hotel was conveniently located near stores and restaurants and the area felt safe."

"This is a updated review: check in with Expedia was fast and easy. The amenities at this hotel are amazing! I have a dog that travels with me nd i have not found a place more friendly and accommodating to animal's as the plza was to my Little bit. The staff was frans very customer service o staidorientated. I would recimens this hotel to everyone!I stayed here originally 12/31/24 and had a problem with the climate controls not working and did not have a restful nights sleep. I want to amend my previous review and them five stars across the board for cleanliness, customer service, hospitality and pet friendless! Thank you for making my puppy feel welcome when checking in and giving him dogy treats while registering in!😊"
