This hotel was lovely, the room was big and clean. The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff and level of service is second to none. Notebly, Vivian who was at the front of house greeting us for breakfast every morning. The rooms seem a little tired but perfectly adequate for our needs. We hope to be returning soon and look forward doing so. The staff always go above and beyond for guests.

Old, but still good.
Hotel is not new and it’s visible once you get to the property. Floor looks like schools dancing hall, walls have scratches and furniture is not modern. Executive lounge serves drinks for adults only for a few hours and does not allow to take anything outside the lounge (which is so stupid). Location on the other hand is amazing!

The hotel is hidden in an alley, and about 20 -25 min walking distance from the center. We enjoyed the breakfast, since it offered many options. The hotel also has a gym with sauna. We had two twin beds, but for me, the bed was not comfortable.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of Slussen (the lock between Baltic Sea and lake). We upgraded to the junior suite to have a room with a water view, and it was well worth the small fee. Breakfast was incredibly tasty: made-to-order omelette, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. I would certainly stay here again.

Get a room away from the 20-year construction
I had to move from my original executive suite as it overlooks a major construction site with cranes and machinery causing noise. I had to move to a larger suite with space I didn’t need for an extra $60/day. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent.
