"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"The apartment had everything we were looking for and the hosts provided milk, butter, cereal and cookies to get you started. The floors creak, which could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, but they didn’t bother us. We had issues being unfamiliar with how things in the apartment functioned, but the hosts responded to any questions immediately! The grocery store is a 5 min walk, and the city center is a 10-15 min walk. We walked to/from the train station, with luggage, with no problem....

"Absolutely wonderful. Not a detail missed and many that I never would have thought of found. Probably the best equipped self-catering spot we’ve stayed at. Nice lounge with large flat screen TV, lovely dining table, big heavy drapes throughout, great collection of books to sift through (Including quite a few on Stonehenge). Very close (at least by car) to Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge, easy to find."

"Spacious and comfortable apartment. Only serious complaint was that someone had left rubbish outside front door that was there for the three days and was smelly and unwelcoming -easily managed even if its others within the apartment block were responsible."

"It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 "

"Beautiful property. Very clean and fully stocked. The owner came to greet us and even kept a fresh bottle of milk for making tea or coffee. Since there were 5 of us, adequate bedding was provided to us. Overall an excellent experience "

"Amazing hotel. Would recommend for sure. Such friendly staff. Few niggles that were sorted like room nor made up until 3pm, breakfast was soooo slow and not much service in the bar. You can’t use the spa other than hours that don’t really suit so be aware the pools are not for general use all day. Don’t be fooled. I would 100% return "

"Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was another great experience. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good and easily catered for a coeliac, they even offered gluten-free waffles which was particularly impressive. Great location in the heart of the city and very easy to get around. Although there’s no parking on site, there is a public carpark at the end of the road which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bath."
