"This was a decent back up after our original accommodation let us down. Early check in was an extra £10. Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. Overall would stay again for the price. "

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"The only issue is that there was not ventilation in the bathroom however the rest was good I didn't notice any mold and the area around the place was lovely "

"This place was lovely and clean. The instructions to get in were clear. Centrally located and close to parking. It was meant to sleep 4. Although one of our group ended up sleeping on the tile floor due to lack of room on the futon. The shower only seemed to have one temperature, hot! Heaters were provided. Some of the wooden blinds at the windows were broken. For a one night stay to go to a gig at the arena it was fine. "

"Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you Paul. Altogether an outstanding set of individuals who make Marriott Leeds truly shine. "

Concert stopover

"My wife and I stayed here for one night in December, we attended a concert at the new co op arena, which is a half hour walk so not too bad. Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was really good. for the price we paid i think it was great value, domino’s is straight across the road for a midnight feast "
