"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"The host was helpful with recommendations for dining and transportation. The room was charming and very comfortable. The location was wonderful. The breakfast was great and we were left a tray in our room because we were checking out very early. I would highly recommend staying there."

"We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

"Had a really nice stay. Unfortunately there was some construction happening on the balcony of my unit which I was unaware of. The workers woke me up at 6:30 am the first night. The property owners were very accommodating and switched my room. It was a regular room with no balcony which was disappointing because I book my stays with balconies when traveling. But , they were very kind and offered to give me the difference of what I payed for the balcony room and one day breakfast on them. Location...

"Perfect place to stay when visiting Rome, especially if you plan on going to the Vatican which is only a 20ish minute walk away. There was also a metro station right next to the property which made it so easy to get downtown. Super friendly staff and great place. We had a late flight out the day of checkout and they even held our bags for us while we went out and explored, free of charge!"
