"I've always wanted to stay here but haven’t been able to because its always been full. Having now stayed there, I understand why as this place is excellent. We received a very friendly welcome. The communal areas and room were spotless. The hotel is quiet - it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. Bed comfortable, bedding clean, bathroom spotless. Tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and kettle in the room. Central heating worked well and the room was cosy. Good pressure from the shower....

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. "The staff were very welcoming , the guest house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a gluten free option,including the sausages and the bread. We were able to leave our cases in reception after we checked out in the morning, until we wanted to travel in the afternoon. Would stay there again if we return to the area"

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"Great location, right next to train station and couple of minutes walk in to the centre. Hotel was beautiful, very impressed. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. A couple of hairs and a bit of dust in the bathroom, so could have been better, but was by no means dirty. Would definitely go back"
