"The airconditioning system can only be set at 25degrees. The water washing / dryer can only used when we were out due to the noise from the machine that radiated within the whole room. So we cannot wah and dry during the night. ViP access comes with free parking. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. "Deluxe hotel room was spacious with double bed, plus sofa bed in main living area. Small kitchen and toilet with sink. Room was quiet, though note I was there in December and my windows were closed and I faced the courtyard. I arrived after hours, but self service was easy..Note, you need to place the key card in the slot inside the door to get power for the lights inside the apartment. "Very clean and new. Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. Neighbourhood appears safe. We saw people walking alone well after dark. Reasonably priced. Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door. Suites are cleaned every 3 days (which I actually prefer). Just one very small soap and shampoo provided (enough for 1-2 showers) so you may want to bring your own. ...

"Fantastic hotel just off the beaten track. Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Great bar/ lobby area. What’s not to like? Restricted headroom - not easy for someone who is six foot. This should have been mentioned to us at check in "

Perfect hotel

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "
