"We had two single rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. One room was on ground floor and the other on 2nd floor. Lift wasn't working so that was difficult as person I was with has mobility problems. Apart from that, a good stay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. While I understand that such deposits are customary, it would have been beneficial if the hotel had explicitly indicated that contactless payment was not an option.
