Great location! Nice and calm environment. Clean and tidy. Super welcome from the very friendly staff and even had my luggage carried out for me on the morning of my departure! Great overnight stay at the Ibis!

Staff were so lovely and really looked after us when our event was cancelled due to the red weather warning they made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Room was clean and just what we needed for our intended stay. This is now going to be our go to hotel for our stays when racing

Enjoyable stay, excellent friendly staff.
We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a vegan option. The Ibis was situated just off the main road but we didn’t get any road noise, the car park wasn’t full and we were able to charge our car easily. The park and ride is opposite if you don’t want to drive,

The hotel parking and facilities were very good the food was very good especially the breakfast which was great. all of the staff were very polite friendly and gave a top level service, especially Nicola and Oliver the chef. I have stayed in many top level hotels all over the world including Raffles, shangrila & Taj Mahal. I was very surprised how good this hotel was and was very impressed with the staff and the level of friendly service they gave. I have another job booked for a month from 9th May 25. I will be booking in to this hotel for this visit and look forward too seeing the staff again. Many thanks Best regards Tony Cleal Technical Director

It is a budget hotel, however did not expect to find dirty walls in a bedroom. The room had very unpleasant scent. We have a feeling some smoked in the room who used it before us.
