"When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. Also, the hotel is new and modern with large windows, which was very nice. I didn't have any service as it was self-check-in. However, when you look into the details you might find some issues. Water in the sink was going down so slowly that it would take a good 20-30 minutes; vertical surfaces are so dusty you can write on them (e.g. doors); the shower was funny - the...

"We stayed for 4 nights it is about 10 walk to old town and town center. We had a studio appointment it was ok. The bathroom cabinet is restricting the use of the sink. It may be better if replaced with a mirror on the wall with a shelf next to it. Thanks we will be using BOB W in the future in other places as we travel."

"This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options. I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!"

"This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"Great spot in old Tallinn just around the corner from the Town Square. The sauna is complete with a pool, hot tub, steam room and traditional sauna. Beds were very comfortable and pillows can be individualized. Super stay!"

Great place to stay

"Very modern and great value for money. Close to the Old Town and public transport. There’s also a vending machine which was easy to use with great options including hot food. The room itself was very modern, there was no TV in the room there’s really no need for one as there is a shared one in the common area on each floor. "

So sad to leave!

"My partner and I have just left this hotel from a two week stay exploring the old town, and honestly we were really sad to leave! Overall, the hotel is a wonderful gem. It is very close to the port so if you wanted to hop on a ferry and go over to Helsinki, then it’s perfectly located. It is also very close to the old town, only a 10 minute walk if that, so perfect if you are wanting to explore that area. It’s quite modern and very clean. The spa and pool area were excellent and the poolside bar went down a treat! Breakfast was plentiful and there was decent variety. We didn’t have lunch or an evening meal in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The room was compact but clean, the decor was very abstract but very pleasant! There is a mini bar in the room but again, we did not use that. My only criticism would be the towels, you get a robe and some slippers in your room to use in the spa, but the towels are very small, and I’m not a particularly large person but I couldn’t get the towel over my head after washing my hair! It would be better if they were larger and thicker as they are quite thin and flimsy. We are thinking of coming back next year, and this would be our first choice of hotel for sure!"
