"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. "Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Only issue i had was room temperature. It was too hot, way too hot and the air-conditioning did not work, nor was it possible to open a window. Lastly, i didnt see any sigbage from the airport. Could see the hotel, so walked to the hire cars and out onto the highway. Took less than 10 minutes dragging a suitcase. Next morning I was directed by reception a different route back to the airport, where i caught the Lux bus to Tartu."
