We really enjoyed talking to him and he gave us great tips about the nearby places and events to enjoy. He really was wonderful! Thank you so much for such a lovely, memorable stay. Room were semi clean and would need a bit updating. Bed were super soft, read too soft. Our Windows were Open when we went to the room and we were not able to close it because handle was gone. Reseption workers were nice and hotel in total were worth of money. Hotel also remembered bithdayperson with nice gift.

Breakfest was really bad, as in all the Sokos hotels. The bacon/dryed meet is joke. I paid 15€ for it and it wasn’t worth it. In hotels the breakfest is 35% of the whole experience. For me at least. And also would be nice if there is local food or something what the place is knows for. Karelian pie in Tallinn???

I wasn’t expecting much… and wow was I blown away by the quality and the views this hotel offered. It makes me want to return to Tallinn simply to just stay at this hotel again. However even though I understand it’s for safety purposes the locking of the front doors at night to exit was very confusing to me. Next time I will talk to the receptionist about it so maybe I won’t have such an issue going out for a smoke at night. Overal 10/10

The staff at the desk are not at all nice. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and whenever we asked them to clean the room and also have clean towels they never did that. My husband made the reservation for the same day twice by mistake and they refused to change the date to rhe correct day or to refund us. The property does not seem clean. The tooms were not cleaned properly.
