"Geert and Hans were excellent hosts and took very good care of us. We really enjoyed their company and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is excellent with excellent presentation. "Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! "Bin in bathroom had previous occupants rubbish. Bin in bedroom not emptied during entire stay. Pubic hairs in corner of bathroom, still there 5 days later. Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "

"The staff of Hotel Harmony are excellent, and the hotel offers a list of very useful restaurant recommendations. We were in the hotel in early February, which is clearly a low-residency time that they were using to do some painting and refurbishment. This didn't affect our enjoyment (much) and will be a benefit to people who visit in a warmer time of year."

"B&B Hotel Gent Centrum is as the name suggests very central and therefore close to many of the attractions of Ghent. Price was really reasonable and the breakfast is €15 per day and worth it (but might be cheaper if booked beforehand). No issues with quietness or comfort. One problem though - the shower head was leaking and therefore had very weak flow."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"
