"What a beautiful and unique property! The room was very comfortable, the decor and condition of the historical building were exceptional. The owner trusts his guests which is fantastic, with an honor bar/fridge and open kitchen. We had issues with the front door security which required us to call him several nights in a rolw. "Great spot, neighborhood pretty good but a couple of surrounding areas not great, but trolley stop really close by, so not really a concern. Staff super helpful, local knowledge always the best. Property itself is the kind of really cool spot you come to know using hostels when travelling. "

"Another great stay at Audubon Cottages in New Orleans. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and loved every minute of it. Romantic and private with a soaking tub, great service and close to everything in French Quarter yet removed enough to be peaceful. Small scale and very unique historic property. "Staff could not have been nicer. We were offered a map, dining suggestions, and an overview of the neighborhood. Great location to walk to restaurants and the WW2 museum. Though the location was central, our room was quiet and cozy. Valet had our car ready and waiting for an early flight along with fresh coffee available. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"The bnb was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing as well. The building had a weird smell, but once in the room it was gone. The parking garage connected to the building was smelly as described, but was safe with plenty of parking. So much so we never moved the car from the garage once we arrived. Overall our experience was excellent. "

"Cleaning personnel wonderful. Front desk personnel not too helpful. Also if you have a kitchen and a refrigerator as part of what one has reserved and you provide barely a couple of pots, Very few glasses, very limited kitchenware to be able to use. Very disappointed in that regard. Great location btw"
