Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, when they made our room they did NOT give us any towels. I called down and they gave to washcloths and 2 bath towels. No hand or bathmat

We were able to easily walk to the Superdome from this location. We were also close to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The hotel was very well kept inside and located in an historic building. It was just what we wanted and we would stay here again.

It was okay and convenient to go to superdome. I will not walk to superdome without a lot of other people walking. It’s nice enough, would not stay unless going to superdome. The hotel itself was okay.

Room never got cool despite setting thermostat to 65. Not a true king size bed but an RV size king, not able to get a rollaway bed when we realized it was a smaller king bed. Room had no mini fridge as advertised and took hours to get one brought to our room. There were no tissues in the box and they were never replaced despite being requested. Was convenient to event location but otherwise would not have stayed there and will not return.
