"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. We went into the building and the smell was absolutely awful. I had a 6 month old baby and the smell of mold was unbearable. The bottom of the shower was completely covered in black mold and the whole building was extremely damp. By the time we had realised all of this we had already brought all of our things in which was a lot as we had our baby with us so I didn’t bother. The parking outside was diabolical and we had to walk halfway across the park at night with a baby. We have stayed before in a caravan and it absolutely beautiful this time we opted for lodge due to having more space for the travel cot however we are really disappointed in this stay and will probably not stay again."
