"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

"I used this for a business trip. It has an allocated parking space and handily located near to supermarket, shops and food options. Cozy and nicely equipped with a good shower, kitchenette and bed."

"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"Immaculately clean and tidy apartment with great view and very near to a lovely beach. Bed was comfy, towels were good quality and fluffy! Loads of room too. A couple of downsides but overall did not affect our stay. The hotel next door who give you the key are unfriendly and clearly have a bad relationship with the lodges owners. The patio over looks a car park (just be honest about this) and the furniture needs replacing. We were in a ground floor appartment but great sea view. Instructions...

Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. "Apartment 1 at the Chapel is an amazing place to stay. A thoroughly up to date contemporary interior retaining loads of its architectural heritage, its a real home from home. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice and the living area is impressive both for its spaciousness and light trough the tall windows. In a quiet street away from the main road its still close to all of the restaurants and bars/pubs, with several large stores just minutes away. Very highly recommend for a short...
