"Stayed here as we were going to Coop Live. 5min walk to tram station and only a 10min tram journey to coop live. Great location with loads of places to eat near by. Reception staff and bar staff were lovely and really helpful. Booked a room without a window it was extremely quiet had a great nights rest. Highly recommend "

"Comfortable clean room. Sink plug was missing, a chip in the bath which is starting to rust, no bedside lamps, small things. Good breakfast. Overall though a very enjoyable stay, we love the character of the hotel. We have stayed afew times previously and would do so again. "
