"I have rung twice the reception asking if they have my soap( it’s pink and precious to me) Was it picked up and put into lost property? I am still waiting I was in 710 room last weekend "

"Stay for the experience of the historic building and well appointed rooms. I recommend staying however we did find the location awkward being a 5-10 minute walk to any attraction. Do not miss the bar. The martini’s we had were exceptional and the ambience of the small bar/reception very pleasant."

"Very cost effective budget accommodation. Lovely room which was clean and modern with a comfy bed. Ideal connection for Spring Hill City Loop bus service. I would recommend the junior suite with air conditioning. Only negative comment would be that the walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations above and sideways. Bit of a mixed range of guests, as some of the rooms are private hostel style, but this did not put me off, although may not suit everyone."
