The reception are welcoming and polite ; checking in was easy and similarly so was checking out. The only aspects of the room that felt lacking were; the Air Conditioner (an old unit, a bit finicky & temperamental but once it was working properly it did the job perfectly) secondly was the laundry- which just required some finer detailing...

"The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again."
