"On arrival the staff were very hospitable, offering to hold our luggage before check in being we arrived on a early train into the city, once we had checked in,we found the rooms to be very large, more of an apartment that a hotel set up with full kitchen and laundry. Super close to central station once you are aware of the short cut through the back of the complex. We will stay again."

"For the price paid, it was a very disappointing experience. The access areas (main lobby and hall ways) smelt like an Indian takeaway shop. The room itself was outdated, and very unclean. Scuff marks all over the walls and the kitchen was missing utensils. There was mould in the bathrooms - shower and nearby to the sink. "We booked a 10 night stay and were not disappointed. The location is excellent, with Woolworth supermarket a stone's throw away, 10min walk to the Water Front and its restaurants, Botanical gardens, Central train station, Queen's mall. If you're a 'walker' then you may cross to the Cultural Centre on the Southern part of town in 25min or so. The accommodation is pretty much self sufficient, amenities, clean and tidy, good selection of TV channels, as well as a gym and a pool that we certainly...
