Pros: great location although quite hilly to walk to from the CBD, very close to the free Spring Hill bus loop stop, family room was spacious. Cons: noisy especially at night from outside as old windows aren’t that well insulated. Also, was a bit draughty through the window edge

Friendly reception, hotel room was excellent with balcony. Super comfy beds , kettle, coffee machine, milk frother, fridge, tv , all the things you need and more. Located about 20 mins walk to South Bank where there are galleries, museums, shops, bar. I would definitely recommend a stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked ok and pretty clean. The room was spacious and view was nice overlooking the gardens across the road. Hotel was less than a 10 min walk to central station and not a long walk to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful rooms , a little bit noisey from people in the hallways and the car park is very tight and can be tricky to navigate around if arriving in a bigger vehicle. The shower was soooo nice ! Friendly staff and close to the city ! Will hopefully return in October
