"We had very noisy neighbours in the adjoining room using foul language. Kuddos to Tanya the front desk clerk who secured a different room for us. However room 133 was below a room with squealing pipes whenever the toilet was flushed. The rooms were not soundproof. An adjoining room had an alarm going off every 2 hours. The bed was comfortable - though the tin frame did make a noise when one accidently bumped into it. "

Was expecting this part of Spokane to have more homeless problem and was pleasantly surprised that it was not so. Not much garbage in area either. Spokane, please tell Seattle and Portland how to do it better? "

"Excellent sheets, great beds, wonderful decor, easy heating, nice front desk lady. Cons are we had no fry pan, couple dirty silverware, thin walls but overall we had a lovely experience "
