"So much parking around the hotel,yet they want to charge you to park in their lot! Maid missed servicing room one day."

"The front desk ppl was very nice upon checkin and checkout as well. When the man at checkin saw I walk with a cane he immediately changed my 2nd floor room to a 1st floor one which was awesome!!! The room was very clean and fresh but the outside not so much. It was very dirty and cluttered with lots of trash and debree. Outside upon arrival their were many what looked like homeless ppl lurking around in the parking lot and 3 different individuals came up to our car before we ever got out asking...

"This was a great area. Close to I90, but quiet. Easy access to shopping of all kinds. The hotel was clean and well kept. However, the heating system was hard to figure out. The fan kept coming on which made the room cold most of the time."

"There was a 7/11 convenience store next door that we could purchase soda and wine before our cruise next day. The shuttle driver was so kind to take us several blocks to a restaurant down the road ( we are elder and not able to walk that far). We felt very safe in the area but we really didn't venture out at night. Just there for one night before leaving on a cruise."
