"We were given a really noisy and extremely hot room. The sun was hitting directly all day on our window. But when we asked for a room change and specifically asked for a room at the back of the building, we were very very pleased with it. Though the rooms do not have a frigo or a coffe maker who can beat that price in one of the best areas of CDMX!!!!"

"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"Property was located in a good area, easy to walk to. Only negative was the first night it was loud, could her music from a club next door and we were on the 8th floor, you have a thermostat but can't lower or raise the temperature. "

"The building is older, but very well maintained. The staff are bilingual and really friendly. The room was clean, large, clean linens, nice water pressure, good hot water, comfortable bed and pillows. The neighborhood is safe, and close to tons of restaurants and bars. Transportation is also easily accessed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel – from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, everything was top-notch! "Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así. Está en muy buena ubicación, tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer, hacer compras, tomar café, tomar cerveza, tacos, etc."

A wonderful place

"Picked this place blind based on reviews, and could not have been more pleased. Nice neighborhood, plenty to walk to in Condesa, and the room was immaculate with a premium feel. The staff was excellent, and the cooked to order breakfast a wonderful surprise. It has probably ruined us for other last minute accomodations in places we've never been to!"

"I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions. It’s a very safe area you can move in uber wich is very convenient to a lot of places. The hotel is amazing i really recommend it"

"Camino Real is your best luxury option en CDMX due its location, service, amenities, restataurants, and staff. It is located in the heart of the city, and that makes it conveniente to reach everywhere. Just one thing, ask for a quiet room, beacause, they have some rooms with great views, but the streets in the zone are noisy"
